This data protection declaration applies to the use of our online offer "www.kurallee.de" (hereinafter referred to as "website") and to communication with us.

E-Mail Contact
If you send us an e-mail, we store the data you send us exclusively to process your request and delete this data cyclically, but no later than after one year. A legitimate interest in processing this personal data is to be able to respond to your e-mail.
Access- and usage data
We do not collect, store or process any other data beyond the data stated under "E-Mail Contact". Information about your interaction with our web pages is collected, stored and processed by our partners (see: "Data collection, storage and processing by third parties"). Access- and usage data like e.g. : Name and URL of the accessed page, time and date of access, data volumes, loading times, response codes, information about the browser, operating system, resolution and IP address are processed. These data is used, without an association to your person or other profile creation activities, for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of our website, but also for anonymous recording of the number of visitors to our website (traffic) and information about the extend of usage of our offerings. Based on this information, we can analyze traffic, troubleshoot and correct errors, improve our services, and make our site user-friendly and informative. This is also our legitimate interest pursuant to Art 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR. We reserve the right to check the log data subsequently if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence.

Storage duration

Data collection, storage and processing by third parties

Google Analytics

This website uses, within the scope of an order data processing contract, Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google").
